Mandatory orientation meeting where we will overview the website, discussing qulaity feedback, setting up your contractor details, and answer any of your questions.
Pilot Kickoff- required
Thursday, August 21
5:00 - 6:00 p.m. CST
Writers will receive lesson mid-summer. By kickoff, writers should review each lesson and determine when they will sequencing each lesson into their fall/spring calendars.
Writers must submit their potential instruction timing through the link below.

PILOT TIMELINE DETAILS
Beginning July 2025, partnering teachers will have access to all Phase 2 & 3 Animal Science Revisions. Please take note of important steps needed from you throughout the pilot process.
Please complete the 'Expected Delivery' tracker (LINKED HERE)
Once you have completed a lesson, please submit your feedback in a timely manner. This is the most critical component of the pilot process. Submit your lesson feedback (LINKED HERE). You will submit feedback for each lesson you teach.
All lessons you have been assigned must be completed by March 13, 2026.
Successful completion of each lesson, provided feedback and attendence to virtual meetings will signal processing of contractor payment withing two weeks of the final feedback session (March 19, 2026).
Important considerations:
Each lesson will contain a varied amount of resources. Familiarize yourself with each lesson plan and its contents which could include student activity sheets, handouts, student notes, assessments, PowerPoint and teacher keys.

Pilot teachers will be approved for payment after the following items have been satisfied:
Attendence at the May 22 & Aug. 21 virtual meetings
Completion of all assigned lessons
Provide robust feedback for all assigned lessons
Attendence at the March 19 feedback session
